Use this to apply for provider-wide administration of your provider and its CQC-registered care homes. CQC Provider IDs are public, so we verify your authority before setting up any access.

Trine is charged per care home. Your trial applies to the care homes you register here. Enterprise is sales-led. Contact us if you need provider-wide enterprise onboarding.

This is the number at the end of your provider's CQC web address (e.g. cqc.org.uk/provider/1-123456789). We'll import your registered care homes automatically. Search on CQC.
