Signing in and switching care home

How to

Go to your Trine sign-in page and enter your email and password.
If your organisation requires two-factor authentication, enter the code from your authenticator app (see Your account and security).
After signing in you land on your Welcome workspace. If you work across more than one care home, pick the one you need from the care-home switcher at the top right.
The breadcrumb at the top centre always shows where you are. Use the switcher to change care home, and use the left navigation to move between sections.

What you can see and do depends on your role and the care home you're in. If a section looks empty, check you've selected the right care home.
Forgotten your password? Use the Forgot your password? link on the sign-in page — a reset link is emailed to you.
