What feeds it
Overdue and due-soon actions, evidence (expired and coverage), and your Training / Supervision / Appraisal / Audit modules. Each home can point a module at the platform, at external evidence, or turn it off (Settings then Readiness).
How to
- Read the readiness hero on the Dashboard.
- Compliant actions shows how many actions have every evidence requirement met, out of those with at least one requirement. Click it to see what's still missing on the Evidence gaps tab.
- Open Readiness to work the Action register and Evidence gaps.
- Clear the highest-impact gaps first; the pills are sorted worst-first.
Tip: a brand-new home shows a calm grey "Setup needed", not a red "At risk". That is expected until you add data.
