Where to find it
Open Care home → Settings (Audit section), or use the gear/settings control on the Audit tool.
How to
- Browse the System Library of CQC-aligned audit templates and copy the ones your home needs; edit a copy or add your own.
- Allocate access — decide which roles or individuals can run each audit category.
- Set the RAG thresholds used when an audit sub-question is backed by a routine check (green quality, amber floor, minimum completion).
What to expect
New homes start with a baseline set of copies. Existing homes are never auto-updated — new library templates appear for you to copy manually. Thresholds drive the evidence suggestion only; the auditor always chooses the final rating.
