Open Settings → Surveys.
How to
- Review the System Library survey templates (experience, food/dining, cleanliness, activities and more) and copy/edit the ones you use.
- Set each template's cadence (recurring reminder) and default open-duration.
What to expect
The Surveys workspace shows a "next due" per survey category; a manager clicks Start survey to launch a campaign from a template.
